FLYGFYREN SOMMAR CUP - 10 YEARS CELEBRATION

The Flygfyren Summer Cup is an annual summer football tournament for boys’ and girls’ teams in age categories 8–15, played in the beautiful town of Norrtälje.
The 2026 edition of the Flygfyren Summer Cup takes place during the weekend of  July 31 – August 2. 
2026 marks the  10th anniversary  of Sweden’s friendliest football cup – and of course, we want to celebrate this milestone together with  your  team!

The tournament is organized by  BKV Norrtälje in collaboration with  We Love Football, a guarantee for a well-organized and thoroughly enjoyable football weekend for both participants and visitors.

Key Information:
Dates:  July 31 – August 2, 2026
Location:  All matches are played at  Norrtälje Sportcentrum  or at nearby pitches. We offer both artificial and natural grass fields.
Number of Matches:  All teams are guaranteed a minimum of  five matches .

Playoff Structure:
Ages 12–15:  All teams are playing A-, B- or C Play-Off. 
Ages 10–11:  Level-based playoffs where all teams play the same number of matches. No overall winners are crowned in these age categories.
Age 9:  Matches are played on  Saturday only .
Age 8:  Matches are played on  Sunday only .
